傾斜のある長さ6m のレールの上を、350kg 相当の鉄道車輪が約2か月かけて「降下」していく。ゼンマイ時計では、脱進機と呼ばれる機械によってゼンマイのエネルギーをゆっくりと解放するが、本作では重い車輪の「転がろうとするチカラ」がゼンマイの力に相当する。脱進機が搭載された車輪は、展覧会会期という有限な時間と共にゼンマイのエネルギーから次第に解放されていく

The Heisan area is located on the Otaki Kaido road along the Heisan River, a tributary of the Yoro River. Under the grounds of the former Heisan Elementary School, where the festival is held, there is a hand-dug waterway called a kawamawashi, which shows the dedication of our ancestors to the development of the area. About a 10-minute walk north from the former Heisan Elementary School stands the Saiganji Amida Hall, a nationally designated important cultural property.
