百年後芸術祭-内房総アートフェス-のオフィシャル飲食施設を紹介します! 今回紹介する施設では、地域の食材をふんだんに使ったオリジナル料理と、数々のアート作品を一度に楽しむことができます。房総で採れた地元野菜、牧場で作られた乳製品、それらを活かしたさまざまな料理を、アート作品の点在した廃校や農場などで食べることができます。この場所にしかない食事、自然に触れる体験、多様なアート作品など、都会にはない新鮮な体験があふれています。千葉県の内房総でしかできない特別な体験を、ぜひ堪能してください。

Completed in the spring of 2024, "SATOMI HIROBA" by EAT&ART TARO is both a work of art and a place where locals and visitors can gather. Located in the schoolyard of the former Satomi Elementary School, you can enjoy meals on the terrace with colorful chairs. On nice days, you can also hold picnics and bonfires, and enjoy the local bounty, such as focaccia sandwiches with homemade bacon and fresh Boso eggs, freshly fried curry bread made with Boso pork, and homemade fresh strawberry milk. There are also plenty of things to see, including art works exhibited in the abandoned school building.

KURKKU FIELDS, which opened in the fall of 2019, offers dishes and breads made with seasonal ingredients to enjoy as seasonal flavors. We recommend the menu, which uses plenty of fresh ingredients such as organic vegetables and herbs grown on the premises, charcuterie, eggs from free-range chickens, and freshly made cheese from the dairy farm. The complex is dotted with ranches, farms, playgrounds, and accommodations, and also offers the opportunity to view numerous artworks in the midst of nature.

Hyakunengo Art Festival "EN NICHI BA" "100 Scenes ~epilogue~"

"EN NICHI BA" is a new food experience event that combines "ennichi (festival)," "ichiba (market)," and "chiba (chiba)" to create a learning and food-related experience. Chiba Prefecture is blessed with bounty from the mountains and seas, and has a rich food culture that has been passed down and protected. This event is held with the desire to pass on this rich food culture to a hundred years from now. Chef Yamana Arataka of KURKKU FIELDS "perus" will allow participants to savor the bounty of Chiba in a course meal.

Yamadori Coffee, which has a roasting workshop at Tsukide Kosha, sells coffee beans inspired by Minami Ichihara and serves coffee brewed by a roaster. In addition, BBQ-style sandwiches and original sweets made with local ingredients are served weekly in Tsukide no Mori. Guests will also be treated to bread and sweets baked by Mugi wo Fumu, a bakery that specializes in domestic wheat and natural yeast, and Tsukide no Kamakura shaved ice, made with homemade syrup made from the bounty of the forest, will be available for a limited time.

At "PIZZERIA BOSSO" next to the Ichihara Lakeside Museum, you can enjoy meals centered around authentic oven-baked pizzas made with plenty of seasonal Boso ingredients while looking out over Lake Takataki. Located on the grounds of the Ichihara Lakeside Museum, you can enjoy outdoor artworks and other art works on the terrace. In addition, the area is filled with cherry blossoms in full bloom in the spring, and fireworks festivals are held in the summer, making it a place where you can experience the changing of the seasons.
