Born in Lusson, France in 1961. At the 47th Venice Biennale in 1997, he announced his novel idea of making the France Pavilion function as a television station and incorporating all the events that take place at the Biennale into his work, making him the youngest recipient of the Golden Lion. 2000 To commemorate the year 2000, he created a work titled ``Changes in Time'' on the Arc de Triomphe with the theme of environmental protection.
