Engaged in research on regional art and planned the art project "Star and Sea Art Festival" in Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Recently, he established ``Azuma Kobo Co., Ltd.'' for contemporary art production in Bando City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and undertakes the production and construction of various works of art, with a focus on metal processing. The experience of using art to intervene in the problem of abandoned bicycles in Toride City, Ibaraki Prefecture, has become his signature activity to this day, and he continues to do so throughout the country. By weaving and accumulating fragments of memories from the interactions with people that occur in the process of collecting discarded bicycles, new life is breathed into the works and they are given back to the local community.
