Born in Tokyo in 1975. Lives in Berlin. After completing his master's degree at Tokyo University of the Arts, he studied abroad at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf in 1999. His installations, which are a deep fusion of figurative art and performing arts, have been performed at numerous international performing arts festivals, including those in European countries.
