Perus Restaurant, located inside KURKKU FIELDS, will be offering a special lunch course during the art festival!

Through this dining experience, you can feel the "connection between people and nature" and savor dishes made with seasonal ingredients, such as farm vegetables and game, and fish caught at the local fishing port.

Chef Arataka Yamana, who has trained at Michelin-starred restaurants both in Japan and abroad, including Italy and Spain, will provide you with a dining experience that coexists with nature and is in tune with the thoughts and ingredients of the producers.

Chef | Arataka Yamana

Born in 1995 in Tottori City, Tottori Prefecture. Worked as sous chef at Quinto Canto in Osaka for about four and a half years. After training at star-ranked restaurants in Japan and abroad, including Italy and Spain, he became the chef of perus at KURKKU FIELDS in November 2021. He approaches food in harmony with nature and in keeping with the thoughts and ingredients of the producers. He is a regular chef at Hyakunengo Art Festival "EN NICHI BA," and at the special event "Hyakuen," he will deliver a new dining experience using an open flame with the theme of "sharing" between people and nature, and between people and each other.
